Extra Curricular experiences are quite varied and there are many opportunities for students to develop outside the classroom.

 

Sports

There are numerous opportunities for students to participate in a wide variety of sports at SPH.  These include competitive teams, as well as intramural lunchtime activities.  For a complete description of these activities please see the Physical Education page.

 

 

 

Arts and Culture

Activities such as choir, band, orchestra, drama, dance and others are available for students to join in their spare time.  A full explanation of these can be found at the Performing Arts page.

 

 

 

 

Educational Travel

Every year SPH Senior School offers students the chance to travel both within Indonesia and to other parts of the world as part of a learning experience.  Examples of these extended travel opportunities include drama studies in Bali and London, historical tours of Europe and a Biblical Studies tour to Turkey.

 

Academic Competitions

Students are able to involve themselves in a variety of academic challenges ranging from essay writing in Bahasa Indonesian, debating in English and Math and Physics competitions.  These events are mostly inter-scholastic.

 

Spiritual Growth and Discipleship

Students are invited to join lunch time groups that meet with the goal of developing a deeper understanding and relationship with God and also with each other.
