Application Procedures for Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang

General Application Procedures:

  • Sekolah Pelita Harapan accepts students from TK up to grade 11.  We accept grade 12 students who have transferred from another IB World School.
  • The enrollment date of August 31 is consistently applied to all students.
  • A registration form may be obtained from our Admissions Office.  Before fully completing the registration form, parents should read and understand our policies and requirements.
  • All applicants will be tested and interviewed.  After the testing and interview is complete, a school representative will notify the parents if the child has been accepted.
  • When children are accepted into the school, parents will pay the following fees: Development Fund Fee (DPP), Tuition Fee (SPP),and Student Package Fee (SPF).
  • Once all fees have been paid and all documents are completed, the student is considered to be officially enrolled at SPHLC.

National Students

International Students
  • 4 Color Photos, 3 x 4
  • 4 Color Photos, 2 x 3
  • Copy of Report Card from past 3 years
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of the Family Card
  • Reference letter from previous school (if required)
  • SD certificate if entering SMP or SMP certificate if entering SMA
  • 4 Color Photos, 3 x 4
  • Copy of Report Card from past 3 years (translated by a sworn translator)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of student’s passport
  • Copy of parent’s passport, KIMS/KITAS
  • Reference letter from previous school

 

Entrance Testing:

  1. Kindergarten: A school administrator will observe the child.
  2. Junior School: Children in grades 1-6 will be tested in English and mathematics.  Testing and interview for grades 1-2 will take approximately 1 hour and testing and interview for grades 3-6 will take approximately 2 hours.
  3. Senior School: Students in grades 7-12 will be tested in English (speaking and grammar) and mathematics.  Students will also be interviewed by one or more administrators.  Testing will take approximately 3 hours.
