General Application Procedures

  • Sekolah Pelita Harapan accepts applications for Kindergarten (age 3years) to Grade 5 and Grade 7 to Grade 9 .  
  • Children must be of appropriate age for K1 (3 years), K2 (4 years), K3 (5 years), and Grade 1 (6 years) as of June 30th. Consideration may be given in certain cases, up to September 30th.
  • An application form can be obtained at the Admissions Office and must be fully completed. Before applying, parents should read and understand all the policies and requirements, which are stated on the back of the form, and be willing to abide by them.
  • The student applicant will be tested and/or interviewed. The interview and testing is by appointment only. Following evaluation of tests and/or interview, the student applicant's family will be notified by the Admissions Office regarding the status of the application. The application may be accepted, wait listed, marked for re-testing, or denied.
  • Upon notification of acceptance, parents are required to remit payment of the following fees: Development Fund Fee (DPP), Tuition Fees, and Bus Fare (optional) to ensure a placement in a class.
  • After all fees have been paid in full, the student applicant is officially enrolled at Sekolah Pelita Harapan.

Siswa Nasional International Students
• 3 lembar foto warna, 3x4
• Fotocopy rapor 2 tahun terakhir
• Fotocopy Akte Lahir
• Fotocopy Kartu Keluarga
• Surat keterangan dari sekolah terakhir
(bila diperlukan)
• 3 color photos, 3x4
• Copy of report card
(at least the last 2 years)
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of student's passport
• Copy of parent's passport, KIMS/KITAS
• Reference letter from current school
(if needed)

ENTRANCE TEST

1.  Kindergarten
     Child observation by teacher and/or administrator approximately 30 minutes     

2.  Junior School
     Grade 1-6: English, Mathematics, and Non verbal test (as needed)
     Duration:
     * Grade 1-2 = 1-2 hours
     * Grade 3-5 = 2-3 hours

3.  Senior School
     Grade 7-9: English, Mathematics and Non Verbal test
     Duration: 4 hours (all grades)
