Age Requirements

Entry to the Toddler class requires that the child be 1 year old by September 30.
The child is beginning to walk. One adult is required to remain with the child in the classroom.
Entry to the Nursery class requires that the child be 2 years old by September 30.
The child must be able to feed self.

Entry to K1 requires that the child be 3 years old by September 30.
The child must be toilet trained and able to feed self.

Entry to K2 requires that the child be 4 years old by September 30.

Entry to K3 requires that the child be 5 years old by September 30.

 

Application Procedures

 

1. A set of application forms can be obtained from the office at the amount of Rp. 500.000.
2. Fill in and sign the application form.
3. Submit the application form with supporting documents.
4. An age appropriate assessment and interview are required for K1, K2 and K3 enrollment.
5. On completion of the interview the child's placement will be discussed with the parents.
6. A certificate of acceptance will be supplied and parents are required to remit the payments of DPP (Dana Pengembangan Pembangunan) and SPP (Sumbangan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan) within 5 working days.
7. Parents are required to fax / send the payment receipt to the enrolled school in order to confirm the child's position at the school.

 - Application Form
 - 4 color photos size 3x4
 - Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
 - Copy of Birth Certificate
 - Copy of Report Card from previous school [If applicable]

Expatriate citizen :

 - Application Form
 - 4 color photos size 3x4
 - Copy of Birth Certificate
 - Copy of student's passport, KIMS/KITAS
 - Copy of parents' passport, KIMS/KITAS
