Sekolah Pelita Harapan International Sentul City, accepts applications for enrollment from Preschool/Kindergarten, Junior & Senior School. The criteria for accepting students is based on a number of factors (academic history, test results, etc.) pertaining to the grade in which the student wishes to enroll. Once acceptance has been confirmed and all fees have been paid, an applicant officially becomes a student of Sekolah Pelita Harapan International Sentul City.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Applications can be obtained from the Admissions Department for Rp500,000 each (non-refundable).
- Before filling in the application form, parents should read and understand all application requirements stated on the application forms.
- The application forms must be filled in carefully, completely, and then signed.
- The completed application forms, together with all the supporting documents, should be submitted to the Admissions Department.
- After submitting all the required documents (application forms, legalized copies of STTB, NEM, report cards, transfer letter, copy of birth certificate, passport, etc.), the candidate will be tested in writing, math and English. Candidates are then interviewed by the teacher & Principal. If the applicant passes these tests and is in grade 7 or above, the student must have a medical check-up (if needed). The SPH International Health Center will provide a Recommendation Letter and indicate which hospital the applicant must visit. If the applicant intends to live in the dormitory at the Pelita Harapan House, the PHH administrator will conduct an interview. After the evaluation, the applicant will be informed about his/her acceptance or non-acceptance.
- After confirmation of acceptance, parents are required to remit payment of the DPP (Dana Pembangunan & Pengembangan/development fee) to reserve a seat for their child. The SPP (Sumbangan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan/tuition fee), dormitory fee (optional), must be remitted at least one month before the school year begins.
- After all fees (DPP, SPP, and dorm fee) have been paid, the applicant officially becomes a student of Sekolah Pelita Harapan International Sentul City.
